Shot with a Canon EOS Kiss Digital X, Canon EF22-105mm f3.5-4.5 USM lens, an ND4, ND8 and C-PL filter (yes, that many) at 0.4 sec. shutter speed, f22, 80mm, ISO100. The wind was strong, this was approximately over the period of 45 minutes on the morning of June 23, 2009, in Hokkaido Japan. This is just an experimental shot, no need to comment on the roughness (and some stupidity in the settings).
